Ridgefield CT 2022 Food Service Licenses

Ridgefield CT 2022 Food Service licenses are effective January 1, 2022 and good for the calendar year thru December 31, 2022.

Notifications were sent to Food Establishments mid November 2021

Grease trap receipts: Remember that GT receipts should be sent to the Health department two weeks after cleaning, as per Ridgefield ordinance. Don't wait until the last minute!

Reminder - End of year preparation includes:

1) Ensure all Food preparation certification are up-to-date and valid (designation should include classification of 'Manager'). Valid certificates are: ServSafe, National Registry/QFO and ProMetric

2) Ensure receipt of all 2021 Grease trap receipts and signed 2022 Grease Trap Contracts are available to upload. Especially the 4th Quarter grease trap receipt.

Sign up as soon as possible. You must have a valid 2022 Food Service License to serve food in Ridgefield CT.
