In attendance: Tree Warden, Steve Lavatori; Tom McManus (arrived 6:36 p.m.); Chair; Paul Shotton; Kitsey Snow (arrived 7:15 p.m.); Anthony Lewis Tufariello; and Eileen White.

Approval of March Minutes
UPON motion duly made (Shotton), seconded (Tufariello), and carried, it was RESOLVED that consideration of the minutes of the meeting of March 2024 be tabled until the April 27, 2024 Meeting at Ballard Park. Vote: Yes-4, No-0.

Adjournment
UPON motion duly made (Shotton), seconded (Tufariello), and carried, it was RESOLVED that the meeting adjourn at 7:55 P.M. Vote: Yes-5, No-0.
