Due to concerns about covid-19, this meeting will be a virtual meeting using Zoom. The public may join the meeting using Zoom. Instructions are below:

       The agenda is as follows:

  1. Pension actuary’s report
  2. Approve minutes from previous meeting
  3. Approve invoices, if any
  4. Update on past investment in GLD
  5. Attendance 2021
  6. Schedule for 2022
  7. Status of:
    • Plan documents
    • Terms of reference
  8. Future projects
    • Review of pension calculations
    • Administration manual
    • Updating employee booklets (SPDs)
  9. Next meeting – December 20th at 6:00 pm (?)
