The Town of Ridgefield is registered under the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection’s (CTDEEP) General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems. As part of its registration under the General Permit, the Town is required to file an annual report of activities undertaken to meet the Minimum Control Measures specified in the Permit and in the Town’s Stormwater Management Plan.
