Policy: Board of Ethics meetings will be conducted under Roberts Rules of Order and all participants are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and treat all those present with respect, empathy and civility.

Agenda

1. Approve the minutes of the Board’s non-public meetings held on February 2, 2022; February 9, 2022; May 4, 2022; May 23, 2022 and June 7, 2022.
2. Schedule the dates and times of regularly scheduled 2023 meetings.
3. Review any new business.

All items on the agenda are presented as possible action items (vote) by the Board of Ethics.
