Policy: Board of Selectpersons meetings will be conducted under Roberts Rules of Order and all participants are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and treat all those present with respect, empathy, and fairness.  Debates are to remain respectful and civility must prevail.

Policy: Board of Selectpersons meetings will be conducted under Roberts Rules of Order with comment invited only on agenda items that are action items not subject to formal public hearing. Individuals will be recognized for three minutes after Board of Selectpersons discussion but before Board of Selectpersons vote.  All items on the agenda are presented as possible action items (vote) by the Board of Selectperson.
