I went to an oral surgeon in mid-March, right before everything closed.  he was laying off all his staff because his office was going to close.  he specifically told me he wanted to lay them off so they could get unemployment and that he would hire them back when he reopened.  is it possible that this strategy is more widespread than we know.  when places are allowed to open, will some people get their jobs back?
