Present (in-person): Colleen Cash, Joe Collin (arrived at 7:04pm), Jennifer Dineen, Pamme Jones (arrived at 7:04pm), Mike McNamara

Present (virtually): Tracey Bryggman, Raje Kaur, Danielle Roth, Amy Casey (attended virtually until arrived in-person at 7:22pm)

MEETING TO ORDER

Jennifer made a motion to call the meeting to order. Dani seconded. The meeting was called to order at 7:03pm.

MINUTES

● Dani made a motion to amend the October 2023 Minutes to state the September 2023 minutes were approved at the meeting. Raje seconded. All approved.

● Mike made a motion to approve. Raje seconded. All approved.

TREASURER’S REPORT

● The council was briefed on the current standings of both the Town and Trust accounts.

● Only two small reimbursements for tent stakes and reimbursement for EDR hospitality.

Group Updates as needed

Banners

● The council reviewed minor changes made to the 2024 banner schedule and any open slots that remain. A council member will confirm a few outstanding questions in regards to those banner slots.

ArtsWatch Column

● Monthly column was submitted.

EDR

● Next Executive Director Roundtable is on Friday, December 8th. All members are encouraged to attend if available.

Our Artists Our Schools

● A Graphic Designer and Conductor are slotted to present at Ridgefield High School this season.

● The drama teacher at Ridgefield High School will be collaborating with the RAC to coordinate some performing arts artists to potentially come in and present to specific classes.

Behind the Scenes

● Thursday, May 9th at Keeler Tavern is confirmed.

● The council discussed a timeline for opening nominations.

RAC Scholarship

● The council discussed potential dates for a fundraiser and tentatively landed on either Thursday, March 21st or Thursday, March 28th. More to follow.

● The hope is to select a recipient of the scholarship by May so it can be presented at the Behind the Scenes Honors event.

Ballard Park Stage

● The council discussed obtaining the current restrictions in place for use of the Ballard Park stage and whether or not the council could be instrumental in supporting changes/updates to the structure and electrical system down the road.

RAC 24-25 Budget Request Discussion

● The council will be submitting its 24-25 Budget request.

● Within the next 2-3 weeks, council members will be asked to consider/present any specific requests they wish to be included so our budget request can be submitted in a timely manner.

● The meeting was adjourned at 7:57pm following a motion made by Mike and seconded by Pamme. All approved.
