Online application System (VPC)-Notice

  

NOTICE

 Effective January 25, 2021, the Town of Ridgefield is transitioning to ViewPermit Cloud (VPC), an online application system. All Inland Wetlands Board and Planning and Zoning Commission applications have to be submitted to the Land Use Office through the VPC program. There are no exceptions, all Board and Commission  applications are to be submitted to the Town via the VPC program.

Applicants are also required to submit two (2) hard copies of the application to the Land Use Office.

 

The VPC program is located on the Town of Ridgefield website. The VPC program will require all parties to create a VPC account. Access to create the account will be through a link on the Town website.

 

Currently, Aquifer Protection Agency (APA) applications are not available on VPC. Until further notice APA applications shall be submitted via hard copies.
