REGULAR MEETING AGENDA
FEBRUARY 17, 2022, 8 a.m.
Large conference room – Town Hall


Policy – Parking Authority will be conducted under Roberts Rules of Order and all participants are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and treat all those present with respect, empathy and civility. Comments are welcome at the end of the meeting and limited to three minutes and to agenda items only.


1. Approval of minutes from January 20, 2022.
2. Email from ECDC to Rudy Marconi re: St. Stephen’s parking lot. Review, discuss, and prepare a response.
3. New enforcement agent.
4. Enforcement in CVS lot. Discuss and vote on letter to be sent to neighboring landlords.
5. Amatuzzi license agreement – draft for discussion.
6. Village Wine & Spirits – signage issue.
7. Post office parking.
8. Central Business District parking map update.
9. 34 Bailey Avenue development discussion.
10. Other business.
11. Adjourn.
