Policy: Parking Authority meetings will be conducted under Roberts Rules of Order and all participants are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and treat all those present with respect, empathy and civility.
1. Approval of minutes from October 21, 2021.
2. Update on Donnelly lot and The Ridgefield Thrift Shop correspondence.
3. Governor Street usage and discussion with UBP and other property owners.
4. Email correspondence from ECDC member Sean Dowd.
5. Mapping project – data file from S. Lussier
6. Patrol schedule, staffing status.
7. License agreements for 2022.
8. Meeting schedule for 2022
9. Other business
Individuals will be recognized for three minutes after Parking Authority discussion but before Parking Authority vote. All items on agenda are presented as possible action items (vote) by the Parking Authority.
