Parking Authority Agenda

Policy – Parking Authority will be conducted under Roberts Rules of Order with comment inviter only on agenda items that are action items not subject to formal hearings. Individuals will be recognized for three minutes after PA discussion but before PA votes.

1. Approval of minutes from August 19, 2021
2. Discussion of Donnelly lot and The Ridgefield Thrift Shop correspondence and update possible solutions reached by landlord, town hall and parking authority.
3. Update on Governor Street lot expansion.
4. Discuss concerns over the limit parking at Milillo Farms, notifications to landlords and employers re: availability of all day parking without penalty in the expanded Governor Street lot.
5. Patrol schedule and openings
6. Other business
