  • Review and approval of June 12, 2023 meeting minutes.
  • Cyber Insurance Review:
    • Summarize the process of the 2023 Renewal.
    • Discuss proactive strategies for the 2024 Renewal.
  • ERM:
    • Summarize narrowed down areas of focus.
    • Develop plans to meet with various departments within town.

Note: CIRMA will be attending this meeting and will part-take only in the topics above.

  • Discuss current structure of 2023 meetings.
  • Open positions within IRMC.
  • Any other business.
