• Review and approval of April 2023 meeting minutes.

• Meet with CIRMA to review/wrap up the prepared budget indication letter for the July 1, 2023- July 1, 2024 Renewal.

• Active Assailant Coverage: o Confirm to CIRMA the town and IRMC’s position to purchase this coverage.

• Cyber Renewal: o Extended until September 1, 2023. o Discuss next steps and outstanding information needed.

• ERM: o Discuss next steps and potential changes. o Identify important potential risk exposures.

• Open positions within IRMC.

• Any other business.
