Commissioners Present: Vincent Liscio, Paul Janerico, Maree MacPherson
Commissioner Absent: Jan Hebert, Ed Baird
REM Staff: Wade Rockwood, Renee Robos, Robert Weiss
RHA Resident: Krisann Benson

A Motion to Adjourn the Meeting was made by Paul Janerico, Seconded by Maree MacPherson, all Commissioners Present Voted in Favor

Budget Discussion: Items on the proposed final budget for 2024 were discussed. Some of them were:

  • Condensing line items in to categories for cleaner, faster reporting
  • Capital Expenditures and the CNA, tying them in together
  • Input from Tenant Commissioner on CNA items at upcoming CNA meetings
  • ARPA Funds usage
  • Exit of LP, timing and costs
  • Congregate Dinning
