Commissioners Present: Vincent Liscio, Paul Janerico, Jan Hebert, (all in person at Ballard Green Community Room) Ed Baird and Maree Macpherson (on line via zoom and phone respectively)
REM Staff: Wade Rockwood, Wesley Robinson, Monica Stromwall
RHA Residents: Krisann Benson, John Burke, Izette Brendza, Phyllis Llorca
A motion to approve RHA Meeting Minutes from December 6, 2023, with no changes, was made by Mr. Janerico and seconded by Ms. Macpherson, all approved except Ms. Hebert who abstained.
A motion to approve the Management Report was made by Ms. Hebert and seconded by Mr. Janerico, all present approved, except for Mr. Baird who abstained.
A motion to approve Kerrigan the additional monies to complete installation for the Oil Tank project which does not include possible environmental remediation issues was made by Mr. Liscio and seconded by Ms. Macpherson, all present approved.
A motion to add the Garden Club to the agenda, was made by Ms. Hebert and seconded by Mr. Janerico, all present approved.
A motion to accept Garden Club plans to go ahead with suggested plantings and fence removal was made by Mr. Liscio and seconded by Mr. Janerico, all present approved.
A motion was made to adjourn the RHA meeting by Mr. Ms. Hebert and seconded by Mr. Janerico, all present approved.
