NEW PROCEDURE FOR PERMIT APPLICATIONS (LAND USE PERMITS ONLY - Does not include Parking, Fire or Police)

To the Public

We are moving to an online permitting application system starting October 2, 2017. All new permit applications after October 1, 2017 will be accepted in electronic form only. Any existing applications will continue through the office review and approval process. A FREE online account will be required for all new permit applications.

Research

All permit/property research will require a FREE online account. Public terminals will be located in the Developmental Office at the Town Hall Annex at 66 Prospect Street.

The online permitting system will be accessible through the Town website www.ridgefieldct.org. A FREE online account is required for all applicants and researchers. You will need to create your FREE online account one time only.
