NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF RIDGEFIELD, CONNECTICUT

WEDNESDAY AUGUST 17, 2022 AT 7:30PM

 

Notice is hereby given that a formal Public Hearing for residents will be held on Wednesday August 17, 2022 at 7:30pm in the Town Hall Large Conference room located at 400 Main St. Ridgefield, CT 06877 to hear comments pertaining to the following:

1. Expansion of Economic & Community Development Commission from seven to nine Commissioners.
 

2. The contract between the Town of Ridgefield & Aquarion Water Company for the conveyance of a permanent pressure reducing facility easement and a temporary construction easement over a portion of the Barlow Mountain Elementary School Property.

 

3. Cannabis Prohibiting Ordinance in the Town of Ridgefield.
