Board of Selectmen Meeting & Public Hearing
Wednesday November 2nd, 2022 at 7:30pm

Policy: Board of Selectmen’s meetings will be conducted under Roberts Rules of Order and all participants are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and treat all those present with respect, empathy and fairness.  Debates are to remain respectful and civility must prevail.

The Public Hearing will begin immediately at 7:30pm (see agenda here)

  2. Set a Special Town Meeting for ARPA fund allocations
  3. Parking Easement Request – Portion of Pound St
  4. Demolition Delay Ordinance
  5. Year End Transfers – Kevin Redmond
  6. Dish Lease
  7. Opt -Out of Accessory Dwelling Unit Requirements per PA 21-29
  8. Approval of Meeting Minutes
  9. Selectman’s Report

Individuals will be recognized for three minutes after Board of Selectmen discussion but before Board of Selectmen vote.  All items on agenda are presented as possible action items (vote) by the Board of Selectmen.
