The Ridgefield Board of Assessment Appeals will be holding a special meeting Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at 11 am in the small conference room, lower level, to discuss whether or not to hear five commercial appeals for properties with assessed values greater than $1,000,000. The Board will also be meeting to discuss when residential appeals need to come before them.
