Agenda for the October 18, 2021 Special Meeting of the Pension Commission at 6:00 PM

Due to concerns about covid-19, this meeting will be a virtual meeting using Zoom. The public may join the meeting using Zoom. Instructions are below:

 

     The agenda is as follows:

  1. Vanguard’s review of Q1 of the fiscal year
  2. Approve minutes from two previous meetings
  3. Approve invoices, if any
  4. Expected return for the 2021 valuations
  5. Update on past investment in GLD
  6. Status of:
    • Plan documents
    • Terms of reference
  7. Future projects
    • Review of pension calculations
    • Updating employee booklets (SPDs)
    • Terms of reference
  8. Next meeting – November 15th at 6:00 pm (?)
