Building Code Board of Appeals

The building code board of appeals shall consist of five members serving five-year terms ending January 1. One member shall be appointed each year. The Buliding Code of Appeals will hear appeals from people who feel the building official failed to issue permits to construct.

The 2012 meeting for the Building Code Board of Appeals is scheduled for Wednesday, February 15th at 2pm in the Town Hall Annex, in the upstairs community development conference room.  Anyone requiring special accomodations due to disability, please contact the Building Department at 203-431-2743.  The meeting calendar notice may be read here.
