Ridgefield is a member of the Housatonic Resources Recovery Authority (HRRA). HRRA is a regional, governmental, waste management and recycling authority serving eleven municipalities in western Connecticut and a population of over 225,000 people. Effective October 1, 2013 you must have a permit to use the Recycling Center. Please click here to download a permit application. A $20 permit fee applies for residents and a $40 permit fee for non-residents.
