The Finance Department is responsible for the maintenance of the accounting and reporting systems for all the funds, departments, offices, boards and commissions of the Town. The office prepares and monitors compliance with the operating budget and 5 year capital improvement plan for the Town. It is also accountable for the operations and maintenance of the various computers and information systems operated by the Town.
