Our exercise rooms are equipped with special flooring, mirrors and surround sound music. A “Frequent Fitness” card gives a wide variety of land and water classes to choose from. Each card allows the person drop into any fitness classes until all 10 visits have been used. Cards are not refundable but are transferable and expire 6 months from date of purchase. Childcare is on the premises for a small fee.

Classes with fewer than 6 participants on a regular basis may be subject to cancellation. “Frequent Fitness” cards may be purchased from the Recreation Center Front Desk.
