Kempo Karate
Master Craigue has over 20 years experience in the martial arts.  Through his years of extensive study and training, he has achieved several black belts in Chinese Kempo, American Kempo, and black sashes in Chinese Kung Fu.  As a student progresses there are “belt advancement tests” and every spring there is a large regional tournament hosted at the Recreation Center.  Students will understand and use the martial arts in order to develop self-discipline, self-control and respect for others.  Our unique style of traditional martial arts training, cardio workouts and stretching techniques, allow individuals to gain the physical benefits and confidence that is achieved through effective self-defense training.  Registration for this program is done monthly.
