Approval of Minutes
Motion to approve the minutes of September 12, 2006 by Mr. Zawacki, seconded by Mr. Briody, passing unanimously.

Metcalf & Eddy Report

Kovacs Construction continues to complete the unfinished work and punch list.
-
The lattice top to the fence and the gates were installed at the Copps Hill site.
- Final paving of both sites is scheduled for October 11, 2006, weather permitting.
- The spare pump for the South Street station has been delivered to Kovacs and will be delivered to the plant.
- South Street WWTF DEP notification letter was reviewed with Charles Fisher, Jason O’Brien for WPCA review.

Aquarion Report
- September 2006 report was discussed.
- Copps Hill pump station fence was discussed. The gates open the wrong way and poor craftsmanship was sited.
- Pump tripping at Copps Hill . Will investigate.
- Brushes on clarifiers are being installed.

Other Business
- 21 Ramapoo Road quotes were discussed. Reliable Construction for approximately $22,000 and Carroll Construction at approximately $15,000.
