Town of Ridgefield Board of Ethics Non-Public Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 7:13pm.
The Chairman indicated that the meeting was convened to consider two related requests for Advisory Opinions (AOs) as contained in email correspondence received by him dated January 16, 2024 and January 22, 2024, respectively.
The Board deliberated as to each of the requests, at the conclusion of which the Board voted unanimously to resolve each complaint based on the submissions made without need for further investigation.
The Chairman indicated that he would draft the Board’s AOs and circulate them to the members for their comment and approval before issuing them as final.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30pm.
