Town of Ridgefield Board of Ethics Non-Public Meeting Minutes

Present: G. McLaughlin (Chairman), J. Carroll, G. Harrington (Alternate), M. Pallai, J. Zembron (Secretary) and Y. Tzamouranis
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 7:00pm.
The Chairman stated that the meeting was convened to consider a written complaint dated October 23, 2023 and filed with the Ridgefield Town Clerk on October 24, 2023.
After having unanimously concluded that the complaint complied as to form as required by the Ridgefield Town Charter, the Board deliberated as to the asserted violations as contained in the complaint, at the conclusion of which the Board voted unanimously to resolve the complaint based on the submission made without the need for further investigation.
The Chairman indicated that he would draft the Board’s decision and circulate it to the members for their comment and approval before issuing it as final.
The meeting adjourned at 7:42pm on a motion made by J. Zembron, seconded by G, Harrington and agreed unanimously.
